Margaret P. Wolf is an associate practicing with the firm’s insurance coverage monitoring and insurance coverage litigation teams. In this role, she advises clients on pre-litigation matters, offers counseling to clients through litigation and mediation, and represents clients in coverage disputes in federal and state courts. She has experience counseling clients in both the domestic and London markets on complex coverage issues in the first-party property and third-party liability contexts, as well as defending clients against bad faith and UDTPA claims.

Prior to joining TittmannWeix, Margaret practiced in the insurance and reinsurance practice group of a prominent firm in Raleigh, North Carolina.
