Seven members of our Tittmannweix team attend the CLM Alliance Focus Conference and Holiday Party!

The magic of New York City during the holidays! Seven members of our TittmannWeix team had the pleasure of attending the CLM Alliance (Claims and Litigation Management Alliance) Focus Conference and Holiday Party last week. The TW team had a packed day of learning, attending sessions on a wide variety of coverage counsel and insurance coverage issues from “United or Divided? Strategies for Handling Policy Limit Demands with Multiple Insurers” to “Show Me the Money: Litigation Financing and Fraud” by Derrick Mullen, MCSA, ACP of Seneca Insurance Company. We had the pleasure of ending the conference at CLM’s annual Holiday Party, reflecting on all we gained with colleagues and other industry professionals in beautiful Bryant Park. And of course, we had to finish our trip with a visit to the iconic Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree!
