Alex Hille specializes in insurance monitoring and litigation and has significant experience working with first-party cyber and incident response policies, errors and omissions professional liability policies, as well as multi-media liability coverages. Alex also has experience analyzing a variety of coverage issues, including excess and other insurance clauses, biometric privacy claims, and extrinsic evidence issues in connection with an insurer’s duty to defend.

Alex represents insurers in coverage disputes involving professional services and consent-to-settle issues and additionally has broader litigation experience in employment law and commercial contract disputes. Recently, Alex successfully represented his client through a temporary restraining order and temporary injunction proceedings, resulting in the denial of emergency injunctive relief.
