Elaine Kim is an Associate at TittmannWeix working on coverage monitoring and litigation. She has a background in intellectual property, specifically copyright law, as well as cyber law.

Elaine graduated from Notre Dame Law School in May 2023. During law school, she served as the Executive Editor of the Notre Dame Journal of International and Comparative Law and interned for both the United States Copyright Office and a federal district court judge. Beyond her legal work, Elaine enjoys running, exploring art museums, and painting.
